I called this company looking to get a price quote for a subdivision of my property. Now, i have never had this done before and am not familiar with the process or fees associated with it.



When i spoke with Arthur Swallow (Principal) he quoted me between $4-6,000 for a survey. I told him that a friend of mine had said a survey should be a few hundred dollars so I was asking why the price was so different from what I expected.



He replied with "Then have your friend do it"

"Does your friend work for minimum wage?"

as he laughed at me.



I would not have had a problem paying the money if I knew what it was actually going to and if he took the time to explaing but I felt disrespected as a prospective customer having a condescending Principal of a company ask me such rude questions. I won't do business with a person/company that tries to push around its customers that don't know the ins and outs as good as they do. i would NEVER do business with this company just based on his lack of customer service and appreciation.
