If you are considering ear surgery, keep in mind, the goal is improvement, not perfection. Don’t expect both ears to match perfectly. Having a positive and realistic outlook about the results of this procedure will ensure a most satisfactory experience. Dr. Jonathan Freed earned his Bachelor of Science in human biology and medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in 1990. Dr. Freed spent the next six years training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Loma Linda University Medical Center.

This is not my first time with these services. I thought I’d take advantage of the discount. However, cost as much as I usually pay with my Folsom Dr.

Breast Reduction
A breast reduction is a surgical procedure to reduce the size of the breast. Most breast reduction methods involve incisions on the breasts and work to elevate the nipple, improve the breast shape, take away volume in the unwanted areas of the breast, and preserve as much sensation and ability to breast feed as possible.
Breast Lift
A breast lift is also known as a mastopexy. A breast lift is able to lift saggy breasts, address uneven breasts, decreased breast volume, drooping nipples, and stretched areolas (the darker area surrounding the nipple). The procedures consist of the removal of excess skin as well as the reshaping and tightening of the breast tissue.
Breast Reconstruction
I feel it is important to praise Dr. Freed and his exemplary breast reconstruction skills, because when I was googling all the ins and outs to “what I need to know about double mastectomy and reconstruction”, I found very few specific reviews/pictures available. There needs to be more reviews of great experiences, of which I am happy to lend my voice to. This is going to be lengthy and thorough, but hopefully it will benefit someone who is going through something similar. Thanks to Dr. Freed, my breasts look completely natural, better than before my double mastectomy. I was diagnosed with DCIS Breast Cancer in January 2019 at the age of 30 and underwent a double mastectomy (Dr. Baker, Sutter) followed by two seperate, reconstructive surgeries with Dr. Freed: -Delayed expander surgery, 2 weeks post-double mastectomy-Final implant surgery, 2.5 months post-expander surgeryPersonally I chose to have the double mastectomy, delayed reconstruction (expanders) and final implant surgery split among three surgeries to allow adequate blood flow to my skin, decrease my risk of infection and to adequately prove by post-mastectomy pathology that my cancer was removed. Surgeries & overall aesthetic results: Excellent I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Freed and his team for helping me achieve natural-looking, reconstructed breasts after having a double mastectomy. They exceeded my expectations a hundred-fold!Post-double mastectomy I had no breast tissue or breast fat, and Dr. Freed recommended the best breast implant size (450cc) and shape for my body. My right breast had 4x4 inches of cancer and as a result had a thinner layer of skin than my left, and I felt Dr. Freed successfully monitored and catered to this issue in both surgeries.Each breast is symmetrical and beautiful. When wearing a bra or lower cut/v-neck top, one cannot even tell that my breasts have been completely re-built. I can also go bra-less with the same results.I am very grateful for Dr. Freed’s professional opinion, patient care and skill! I have minimal scaring that is fading by the week, and the scars are not visible when wearing clothes.Dr. Freed’s office does offer nipple reconstruction and tattooing a few months after the final surgery.Bedside manner: ExcellentDr. Freed has a very relatable and calming nature, and spoke with me about each procedure and what to expect. Face Lift
Mini facelift surgery is the most common facial procedure that Dr. Freed performs. It is popular because it addresses wrinkles and loose skin on the lower half of the face while being performed under a local anesthetic and with a quicker recovery than more involved facelifts. It is performed as an “office procedure”, which is appealing to patients since they do not have to go under general anesthesia in the operating room as well as pay for operating room and anesthesia services.
Neck Lift
Blepharoplasty
Upper blepharoplasty, which is sometimes referred to as an eye lift surgery, is a procedure to remove skin and fat from the upper eyelids. It’s ideal for those with loose or droopy eyelids that creates folds or disturbs the natural contour of the upper eyelid, sometimes impairing vision. A thin stitch is used to bring the skin together, resulting in a more youthful eyelid appearance. The suture line is nicely hidden in the natural crease of the eyelid.
Abdominoplasty
It’s very important that you stop smoking before and after your abdominoplasty procedure. Nicotine is a vasoconstrictor that decreases blood flow to the tissues. This can be a major problem when you are having a tummy tuck surgery because large incisions are created, interfering with blood supply. When there is decreased blood flow to the tissue, there is a much higher risk of the tissue dying, which can result in scarring.
Breast Surgery
Financing for your breast lift procedure is an option as well. We work with a variety of excellent financing companies that can be used for all types of cosmetic procedures. CareCredit and Alphaeon Credit are both reputable companies that offer a variety of easy monthly payment plans. Financing is a great option if you don’t have the funds at the moment for your breast surgery or if you would simply prefer to make monthly payments.
Otoplasty
Ear surgery, or otoplasty, is usually done to set prominent ears back closer to the head or to reduce the size of large ears. Because ears are almost fully grown by age four, the earlier the surgery, the less teasing and ridicule a child will have to endure. Ear surgery on adults is also possible, and there are generally no additional risks associated with ear surgery on an older patient.
Scar Revision
I went in for a scar revision from a belly button ring. After the procedure, the scar is soo much bigger, darker, and all in all so much worse now (this was done two and a half years ago.) The doctor came in, performed the procedure and left very quickly because I was told he had a bigger surgery to perform. Afterward the staff hurried me out and nobody gave me proper aftercare instructions and what to expect. I wish I had never gone to see him. I do not recommend this practice at all. Stay Away and find someone who cares and takes the time.
Body Contouring
Liposuction and tummy tuck are excellent body contouring procedures; however, it’s important that you meet with Dr. Freed to review which procedure is more appropriate for you. Generally speaking, a tummy tuck may be a good option for you if you have excess loose skin, weak abdominal muscles, and fat that you would like removed.
Laser Resurfacing
Laser resurfacing is also known as skin resurfacing. It is an effective way of reversing the damaging effects of sun exposure, aging, and lifestyle habits, such as smoking. It can reduce facial wrinkles, correct pigmentation problems, and smooth and tighten skin.
Gynecomastia
Breast tissue and fat is also common area in men that can be liposuctioned. This type of procedure is referred to as gynecomastia, also referred to as male breast reduction.
