They sent a really nice man named Hector and he was just a cool guy. He figured out my issue, towed me back to the shop and was just laid back and helpful. Great Towing service in Downtown Brooklyn. I was down in Dumbo getting lunch with my girlfriend and our car wouldn't start. I was already in a tough mood and wanted help quick to ge the day over and get back home. I called two companies that were local and they both said they could have someone to me in an hour and a half which was a complete joke. Then I called Brooklyn Towing & Collision and thank god. The guy was normal and said I'll get someone right over there and they got someone to us quick and got the car back to the shop. He didn't rip me off either. Very happy with them!

Highly recommended honest Towing company. That is not usually something you affiliate with a Towing company but these guys are nice and outgoing and professional. They gave me a flat rate and honored it and were reliable in getting to me in 30 minutes and fixing my problem!

They were awesome! I had been stranded on the side of the road for almost 2 hours waiting on a tow truck from another tow company when a titan tow truck stopped to ask if I needed help. They ended up towing my car for a lot less than what I would have paid the other guys. I highly recommend them!
