Customer Service Center - Browns Mills

You're required to sign a 2 year contract. They tell you the price changes after a year unless you renew for another 2 years. They don't honor that deal. The price has changed twice before the end of one year. It increased by $25 then again to $8 a few months later. Customer service is from India who either doesn't speak English very well or they are rude. I wish we had more options than Comcast or some type of dish network.
