Starbucks Coffee

I used to like their pizza although I had only had it once, in the store. I tried to order a pizza and get it delivered. My wait time was supposed to be "45-50" minutes. After an hour and a half of waiting, noting that they had closed. I finally gave up. The next morning I called to figure out the problem and hopefully resolve a situation. 'They' claimed I had given them both the wrong address and phone number, which I find ridiculous, considering I had gone over my address and phone number with them three times as well as living at the same address with the same phone number for twenty two years (making it nearly impossible to give 'them' the wrong information). Even went to the length of volunteering directions (to my easy to find house; which they turned down), as well as turning on every light outside and visible inside light on. My address is clearly displayed on my garage and mailbox. Unfortunately I received no phone call and no pizza.

When I called the following morning to understand the confusion 'they' blamed it on me, for giving them they wrong address and phone number; refused to deliver my pizza to make things right. And went as far as to say that I had wasted 'their' time, money, and I had "Made their manager mad." Also hanging up on me multiple times as if I was 'their' problem.



Bottom line DO NOT BOTHER WITH CANAM PIZZA it's a scam and the customer service is HORRIBLE.
