I called ESA based on a referral and making the appointment was easy; Maureen was friendly and courteous. Even though it was going to take a wk before someone could come by, it was understandable given all the hot weather. I requested a diagnostic for my condenser unit and the service was great. Steve was very pleasant and professional. He had clear explanations for the diagnosis and treatment. I plan on signing up for their maintenance plan.

Tim F. was thorough and professional with his check-up on our system and provided a lot of useful advice to keep the system running well.

Kudos to ESA employees Maureen and Tim F. for going the extra mile to restore our air conditioning after the thermostat indicated a malfunction. Tim who has been our Service Pro for many, many years had long ago given me his personal cell #. When the Air conditioner stopped working on a Friday, during a heat spell, we called Tim. Tim said he would come by after his last call of the day. He did and identified the need for a new motor. Because it was after working hours, he texted Maureen from ESA and requested that on Monday she call the manufacturer and order a new motor and to also check our warranty status. Maureen texted Tim back and said she would handle it Monday morning. Handle it she did! She called my wife at 8:07 AM Monday morning. She told us the motor was still under a parts warranty (from 2009), quoted us the very reasonable labor charge, and set an appointment for that very day for Tim to replace the motor. He did and heading into August we have our air conditioner working again.Environmental System Associates is an excellent company with excellent employees. We have been customers for nearly 30 years. Great job Maureen & Tim. My wife and I really appreciate the outstanding efforts you both put forth on our behalf. Bob lead the design and install of a completely new HVAC system for me and the results are outstanding. Bob and his crew finished onetime and were very polite and professional. System works great and saves me a lot off my utility bills.

ESA installed a new furnace and air conditioner in 2007 and I have had them perform a twice yearly maintenance on the system and have had no problems whatsoever since it was installed. All their technicians are highly trained professional and knowledge on the system. I carried out some basement renovations since my winter maintenance visit. Tim arrived today to perform the maintenance and needed to change the air filter. A newly installed wall obstructed the removal of the old filter to be removed. Tim worked the issue and managed to install a new filter, he gave me some directions on how to resolve the issues for future visits. He also detected out some ducts that were leaking air. He taped some and recommended I apply a mastic on some areas. He also advised me that my air conditioner would run more efficiently if I cleaned it regularly . Tim couldn't have been nicer. Great attitude and good advice.
