Do NOT use LightRx, formerly Premier Laser Spa. I bought an expensive laser hair removal package for my legs, bikini, arms & chin last fall. My 1st 4 sessions went ok. In May, they changed laser equipment. I was burned all over my chin & was embarrassed with large burns & scabs on my chin for almost 3 weeks. I didn't feel comfortable continuing with my face, so I tried working with them to resolve the situation. The person at the location was nice, but had to get "corporate" approval, which would only offer me 3 Venus treatments. They refused to cover the recommended 6 treatments, so I didn't receive anything. I went back for my next session and received burns on both legs! I have to wear pants in 90 degree weather or get awkward stares and questions about what happened to me. It's been over 2 weeks and the burns/scabs are still there. I tried contacting them and asked for them to have corporate contact me back. That was almost a week ago and still I have not heard anything!
