No customer service, I took my 84 year old mom for a haircut and nobody was waiting there were two stylist and not either one of them acknowledged us not even to tell us hello please sign in nothing at all we got here at 520 and as of 545 still no one has acknowledged us rude rude I don't understand how employees can get away with there rudeness I would never recommend this location it's terrible

I would not recommend this shop for clients with visual impairments. I went in to get my 'page boy' trimmed and cleaned up for a trip. I left with a short, lopsided 'bob' haircut. The first beautician was inexperienced and listened to my definition of a 'page boy' and how I wanted my hair to look. She was cutting when another, more experienced beautician took over the haircut and just started cutting. The 2nd cutter had said that a 'page boy' cut was an elevation and so I guess that's what she was doing. In her hands, i became a teaching mannequin. The 2nd cutter never asked me what I thought, was it okay, nothing!!!!! Maybe she thought that since I couldn't see the detail in the hair cut, what did it matter. IT MATTERED TO ME!!!! My family was shocked and disappointed and I really felt insulted.
