Forestville Healthcare Center

I am rating the 1st floor of the health facility for what I witness. I witness a slim built male africom staff member shouting at a patient and on another visit I observe a heavy built africom male staff member being VERY rude to a patient. I wish I have wrote down their name. On one of the visit, I walk pass one of a patient room and notice the male patient laying in the bed with NO linen on the bed. This is unacceptable. I notice a female patient in a wheelchair going into a male room and the male patient complaining to the female nurse. This floor is out of control. The second floor seem to be OK for what I witness. Only good thing about the facility is the activity for the patient. I will not recommend a family member to this facility.

I truly wish this site had a negative rating system. Living conditions for the patients are repulsive. Administrative and business office personnel are unsociable, uninformed, unreliable and sorely incompetent and their only concern is money. If you are thinking about a facility for a loved one, THINK AGAIN, and choose another. If you already have a loved one here, I advise to immediately get them out.

There was am African lady on the 1st floor , very hard working and I recommend her to anyone

On my first visit. The place was not clean. My Mom was still in her hat and clothes at 8:00 pm at night. They have no wipes for the paitents. I'm getting her out of there today. There is place for the paitents to put their dirty clothes. The dirty clothes are put in a tras bag in side a trash can under trash. The paitents bathroom are dirty. And this place is taking care of our elderly?
