Regis Salons

I have been getting my hair cut at the FSK Regis Salon for several years. Almost all my hair cuts and color treatments were done by Jennifer. She was very professional and knowledgeable about which colors and styles she recommended. I have been very satisfied with all her work and get several compliments from my friends. With that said I'm sure your wondering why I only gave three stars, well when I confirmed my last appointment the stylist who answered the phone confirmed the time and date however when I arrived I found out Jennifer was no longer working at the Salon. When I asked why I wasn't told that she no longer worked there. I was given the run around with lots of apologies sprinkled in. Worse yet the Stylist I was given seemed like she was fresh out of school and botched my color. Jen where are you?

A friend of mine told me about Regis hair salon. I was alittle on the fence about getting my hair done at the mall.My regular stylist has moved out of town and I have NOT been pleased with her replacement. I consider my friend a solid referrel so I made an appointment. She sees the manager but I wasn't able to get in with her on my schedule but I spoke to her and she recommended a stylist. So I'm thinking great, I'm already disapointed. All I can say is I didn't really go in to this appointment expecting to be in love....Boy was I wrong. I had a terribly long day, headache starting ,errands still to run, and my stlist greeted me with calm understanding of what I was looking for, patience with my mistrusting due to other experiences, and I was so happy after she showed me how to style my hair I scheduled my color appointment for the next week. I was so wrong about the mall.The salon carries all of my products and is in a perfect location for me to run my errands. I think I am in love.

I just got my hair done at Regis Salon tonight and my stylist did a fantastic job!! I've been going to Regis for several years and have rarely been disappointed. Fortunately my disappointments have been few and in the distant past as the stylist who was a major disappointment is no longer with Regis (she was rarely on time). My stylist was courteous, helpful, professional and on time for my appointment. There were several stylists working tonight and they were all busy servicing there clients with smiles on their faces, what a pleasant place to visit. Everyone who left tonight had up to date modern looking hair and seemed happy with their new looks. One of the other nice things about Regis is they will call you the day before your appointment to remind you. Very helpful. It doesn't seem to matter who you see at Regis they are all good, but I see Stacy regularly(she gives a great scalp massage!!), and have seen Jamie or Ashley in the past if I can't see Stacy.

We have been getting our hair done at regis for about four years. I regularly see jamie and shes fantastic. Im always amazed at the new ideas she has for me. I also send my husband, sisters, and mother.My nieces get their prom updos done at regis. Jamie is my favorite but my sister and her family see Stacy, and they love her. I have seen Tania when Jamie was on vacation, she is a transfer stylist and she cut mine and my yougest sisters hair. She was very professional and the cut was great. She makes a nice addition to what I think is an awesome team at Regis. I have been to a number of salons in Frederick, and suffered my fair share of nightmares, I recommend Regis to anyone who is tired of being disapointed in over priced hack jobs. I get my color and highlight done there and its always trendy and classic. If you need a salon to treat yourself to a color makeover, or just a place to bring the whole family for maintenence trims, go see the girls at Regis.

I have been to other stylist and it took me years to find the best, but I finally did! For the last year or more I go only to Hannah at Regis in Francis Scott Key Mall. Hannah is amazing and I know several others who feel the same who's hair is much different from mine. She listens to what you want and does an amazing cut and color. She also knows the difference in hair types so the style she suggests works! I cant speak for the other stylists, but as long as Hannah is is there, I will continue to go only to Regis! So if you want a great cut/color, go to this salon but make absolutely sure you get Hannah and you wont be sorry!

BEWARE of Regis hair salon in Frederick, MD at FSK. I recently went for a trim, and ended up with a hack job. My hair was all one length, and long. I asked for an inch off the bottom, and two LONG layers be added in. I was in tears when I left the shop. Needless to say, about 3 inches was taken off the bottom, and my "long layers" somehow ended up above my ears! Now, I have to go and get it all chopped off in order to have it look somewhat even. Not to mention that I have curly hair, so I'm sure really short hair will look horrible! I would not send my dog to Regis to have a trim. I only went in for a TRIM!!!
