I have been an art therapist for 10+ years, providing services to people of all ages dealing with a wide range of psychological and interpersonal issues. I combine both traditional verbal therapy with expressive arts techniques to help clients accomplish their goals for therapy. My guiding philosophy is that there is meaning in both triumph and struggle, and creative self-expression is a way of finding meaning and creating a fulfilling life.
