My kids love the mini zip line and the play structure here. My son especially enjoys the video game station on the side. Cute decor and chairs are sturdy and easy for kids to sit on. Entrance on s busy day takes forever sometimes because you can to pay for entrance and choose your food options (in order to get their deals like free play with one adult entree). Also a couple of times food has taken forever (like 20-30 to get). Bathrooms are cute and kid friendly - low sinks and toilets and step stools.

Great place for my child to play. Clean, safe, well managed, great menu choices for adults and children (including those on special diets), and a caring staff who provide fun activities.

I got my son the membership for Giggles N Hugs at the Glendale Galleria mall, and my 5 year old son loves coming here. He loves the ball pit, the slides, the fun activities, and playing with other children. It's always clean and the staff is very friendly.

Cute space for kids' birthday parties in the Glendale Galleria. Similar to Chuck E. Cheese but with climbing apparatus instead of video games. Enclosed and secure area for kids separates a cafe-type space. Decent food offerings for parties. Great for toddlers through maybe Age 4.

Giggles N Hugs is a 3 for me, probably a 5 for my wife, so I'll split the difference. What stands out to me is the food. There's steak there. So you let your kid play and you have a steak and decent fries. That's pretty worth the cost. My son loves the place, enjoys the variety of play equipment and the staff takes good care of him, has engaging activities.
