I made a deal on-line for a used RV from them. They promised me "IN WRITING" that they would check it out completely and "Show" me "Everything Working" when I arrived to pick it up. Even though they knew in advance it had components not working, they allowed me to drive 250 miles in hopes that I would not discover the problem. Fortunately for me I did find the problem but was then told that they would not pay for the repairs. Also, I had ask that they turn the refrigerator on at least one day in advance so it would be cold. When I opened the refrigerator door it was not running and hot. They blamed it on the service man. Saying that he forgot to leave it on. Obiviously they could not show me it running and cold. Since they had lied too me already about the previous issues, I assumed the refrigerator would not work either, and at that point deicided not to accept the trailer. Only then did they tell me they would fix the problem in an effort to save the deal. Because they had not done what they had promised to do, and the fact that they could not show me the refrigerator working and cold, I ask for my deposit back. They refused to give it back and I drove home without the trailer or my deposit. Again, only after I got home was I able to forward the e-mail they had sent me containing the promises they had made, and let them know that my attorney had advised me that they had "Breached the Contact", did they decide to refund my deposit. Be very aware of this company. I will NEVER do business with them again.
