        Ingredients: Extra work for us, but you'll taste the difference: Fresh vegetables prepped daily. We wake up, we slice tomatoes. And mushrooms. And green bell peppers. And onions. And we won't even go into how we grate our own cheese (unless you ask). OK, since you asked-we grate our own blend of cheese to give your pizza that fabulous taste. It is a combination of carefully selected mozzarella (of course), provolone (important!), and two other types we're keeping quiet to stump the people who are trying to figure out why ours tastes so much better. Slices - Fast Brother's Pizza has developed a unique cooking technique so we can create fantastic customized slices. Fast. You've simply got to try this to believe it can be done - a few bucks for the most delicious (and healthy!) lunch you can get! Fresh & Fast. Our Way of BAKING Pizza! Baking a pizza is an art's craft. We won't let an automated conveyor belt do our cooking. We are bakers. We check the pizzas and turn them and move them to different areas of the oven to ensure that your dinner gets cooked to perfection. Our Crust: Brother's Pizza Exclusive Crust - a special process we developed ourselves and cannot tell you. It involves secret ingredients and a unique double-proofing process. It really is a lot of work. But the result is worth it. Our crust is thick and chewy, yet fluffy and light and crispy - all at once!
