        The employees service is great. They found parts to appliances that are 30 years. They did not laugh at me at all. The parts were very affordable, too.. I highly recommend them.

        On 05/24/2010, I went with my elderly dad to buy 3 electric stovetop replacement burners which were on a display about 5 feet from the counter. The clerk took my dad's credit card and rang them up. To my suprise, the total was $110. I told my dad that this was too much to pay to repair such an old stovetop, and that we should just buy a new stove instead. The clerk began arguing with us, and kept telling us about the "lifetime warranty" we get on the burners. I said no, we just wanted to cancel this sale. Then the clerk told us that there would be a 20% restocking fee. WHAT!!! a restocking fee??? We picked up these three burners from the display 5' from the counter ourselves, and less than 5 minutes had passed from us walking in, to my telling the clerk that we did not want the product. WHAT A DISHONEST RIPOFF!!!If they treat a customer this way before even leaving their store then:HOW GOOD IS THEIR SO-CALLED LIFETIME WARRANTY???A report to the BBB will also be submitted.
