My experience started off good. I found the things I was looking for. They worked with me to get the best things for me. After I purchased my washer I noticed it had a constant odor. So I exchanged for different washer and paid the difference. So I got a different washer. Now this one did have mechanical errors after the first 4 uses, after paying $450. So I was lucky to be able to get a refund but not without being charged a storage fee basically for a washer that didn't work properly. Not to mention the damage that was caused to my stairway exchanging the washers. Also while this was going on I was having problems with the refrigerator I had purchased for $800 with them. The compressor went out. The company did work with me after I lost all the food in my fridge. They did give me a loaner and fixed the compressor but it wasn't the same. So I exchanged it for another fridge. Now in just under 3mo this fridge also went out. they said its the fan and they charged me a service fee for coming out. I should have went to the sears outlet. I got a new washer from there for about $50 more witha warranty and have had no issues. This has been abortion le experience moving into a new spot.
