Showbiz Limousine Service

The experience with this company was absolutely amazing. I recently got married and booked a car for the festivities. The limo showed up 20 minutes before it was scheduled and waited on us to finish our pictures. The lady was extremely nice and professional. She even helped my husban load the trunk with our bags. I cou;dn't have picked a better copmany and would definately recommend them to friends and family!

I had a girlfriend of mine call Showbiz for my bachlorete party. At first we were excited because of the PRICE, little did we know why! They were late picking us up, and then when we told them we wanted to go to a bar downtown, they told us that we could only go to ONE place and that is where they would drop us off and pick us up. They NEVER told us while making the reservations that they were a DROP OFF and PICK UP ONLY limo service. At the end of the night they told us that they would pick us up at 2!!! They did not show up untill 2:30. They were a HALF HOUR LATE picking us up. So there were we were 10 of us GIRLS, sitting on the SIDEWALK waiting for the LIMO! What a JOKE this place is. They also told us the limo seated 20 people YEAH RIGHT! Like I said there were 10 of us and we JUST fit. You could not leave anything in the limo, so we had to make sure that we all could carry what ever we took. The employes' were RUDE and you would think that since you had a job working with the public you would have a better attitude. I will NEVER tell anyone to use this company EVER, I would like to never tell anyone this story but I am so NO one will have a night like me and my girlfriends did.

I would never recommend this place. It is 320 dollars down the drain. It ruinned my prom night. They showed up on time picking my party up, but they were an hour late picking us up at the restuarant. We almost where not allowed in because of them. When they picked us up at Buckheads, they went the wrong way. We were suppose to be going to Churchhill downs, they turned onto Fern Valley Road. When we told them they went the wrong way, the driver did a U-turn in the middle of fern valley road. He didn't make the turn and had to back up into oncoming traffic, almost hitting a car. Also, the place has no manners. When I called to ask where they were and why they were late (they were late because they were picking someone else up and got stuck in downtown traffic, stupid idea since we were on the other side of town) the lady got smart with me and hung up on me several times. My boyfriend called to complain at the main office and they did the same. I would never recommend this place and I hope they go out of business. They are a sad excuse for a company and are money takers. Plus there were left over drinks, a few days old left in there limos, they don't clean them. And watch out, because yellow pages says showbiz but their business cards say all stars. It must be the samething, but either way they suck!!!
