My wife and I wanted to buy/lease Toyota RAV4 Hot Lava color and requested an online quote.Elizabeth Smith,Internet Sales Assistant and Robert Belpedio,Internet Client Advisor responed with a best quote immediately.Mr.Bharat Narang,Client Advisor took care of us from start to finish.He was very knowledgeble and was patient in answering all my questions, gave good packages of leasing vs buying, explained GAP insurance which i wasn't aware of earlier,came with us during the test drive and showed all functionality.Ryan Kaminiski, Business manager explained about excess wear and use,gap.



We are really happy with great customer service provided by the DCH team especially Bharat Narang,Ryan Kaminiski explaining all minute details and no pressure to buy. I would recommend this place for anyone. Infact I have referred to 6 of my friends already and they are already amazed with the lease price i got from this branch.

Second purchase this year!!! Great service and no pressure to buy. Alex Gomez was very attentive and helpful throughout the process. Diego Valencia was thorough with his explanation of the various packages offered and had me out in less than a half an hour.All and all, great buying experience!!!

This is our second purchase at DCH Brunswick Toyota in the last three years. Everyone was kind and friendly. No one pressured us. There is a big selection on the lot for new car purchases. Also, they are great for service, etc. Shout out to Lisa, John, Ab, and Russell as well as the other staff members who helped us in our purchase. This is the only place we will go to buy a car--now, and in the future.

This is the second brand new Toyota Camry my wife and I have leased in the past 9 months. Both times were some of the best car buying experiences we ever encountered. Everyone from the internet sales person who originally called us to the receptionist and the finance person were consummate professionals. Our sincerest appreciations go out to all the staff, sales, and service associates at DCH Toyota.

The best car buying experience in 30 years! Everyone we had to deal with were kind, patient and did not pressure us into making a purchase. It took us a week to decide on the exact car we wanted. In the end, we got a great car at a great price. I will be back to DCH Brunswick Toyota when it is time for my next car!

I have purchased multiple Toyota's from this dealership and have always had a great experience. I contact the Internet sales team and always get a fair price and using the service department has never been the headache that I get from other dealers. All my future Toyota's will be from this place as well.

They tried to get me to pay for a warranty covered problem but conceded in the end. It took 9 attempts (4 e-mails and 4 phone calls) to get an appointment. The 9th call was to the Service Manager. While I was successful in getting an appointment he was sarcastic, arrogant and argumentative.
