    The owners was deceitful about the product we purchased - said it was an aluminum frame trailer; when in fact, it was wooden - this was their selling point specifically to compare to the competition we were shopping. We found the year after purchase from the manufacturer that this model was not aluminum - but wooden. Owners refused to discuss any compensation or resolution in the matter. We wanted to buy an aluminum after the owner explained HOW MUCH BETTER - and all the DISADVANTAGES of wood. We didn't get what we agreed to buy. I can show the sales contract.

    Never Delivered Total Order

    We purchased an RV 32' Tailgator -it was represented to us to have an aluminum frame (by the owner of the company) - he explained how much better it was than the competition that we we looking at. We were in an accident the very next year - and when contacting the manufacturer - found that it was in fact a wood frame - manufactured at a plant which only made wood frame trailers. At the time of purchase some damaged items that were to be replaced - have never received them - 8 years later. We contacted Walker RV and they would do nothing about the discrepencies - and in fact refused to talk to us after several tries to resolve the problem with them.

    The exception to the rule

    We have been looking for a 5th wheel for over a year and just found Walker RV. They had all of the brands in stock that we were comparing. Richard our salesman was helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable. We drove in to pick up our unit and everything was just what they said it would be. The service department was excellent. We recommend Walkers to anyone looking for a new or used fifth wheel.
