Budget Truck Rental

The company was very easy to get in contact with and very friendly. They even called me when the system overbooked a truck (willing to give me a bigger truck at the same price as the smaller if the first reservation confirmed).



The interior of the truck was clean though the windshield could have used a good wiped down. The truck ran perfectly though I wish they could have gave us a bit of warning about how big the gas tank was (an 1/8th of a tank of gas = $16 at the pump).



When I called the next morning to let them know I would possibly be late due to a mistake with my storage complex (the company put a lock on it after I requested it not to be locked), he completely understood and said he would work with me since the truck wasn't booked for anything that day.



He was a little slow with doing the paperwork but he is an older guy after all. Also, a brief warning about the office, they do have a resident cat there so if you have allergies you will want to have your medication handy.



All in all, I plan to book with these guys again when our big move comes up in September!
