Princeton BMW

Just bought my first car from them and i felt they went out of their way to get me into a deal. Sales and financing staff bent over backwards. All cars in excellent condition. I was put in a vast that i love. Go there first!

Service ripoff. Car making noise. Fixed lots of thing and gave car back with noise after two weeks. Turns out to be alternator, which they didnt fix! So fixed lots for $3000 but not the problem....hmm. Feeling ripped off. I guess if your techs make $100000 a year you have to find a way to pay them. Totally turned off to Princeton group of cars. Go to other dealer to service BMW and Porsche even though it is further just to avoid the rip off.
