This review is for the current Sales. Saw the 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee on line. Messaged the sales department. Patrick responded and stated the vehicle was available, we went back and forth between pricing on a 2006 and 2004 Jeep. We agreed on a price and I was to drive down on Saturday to buy it. Drove 35 miles to West Creek only to find that the car was not on the lot. They had sent it to the Jeep dealership to get the radio and keys re-programmed, wasted time and mileage. Patrick said he would deliver it to me on Wednesday. I called Patrick on Monday and reminded him that Wednesday was Halloween and I remembered him saying that he had a young child. We agreed I will drive down on Saturday to purchase the Jeep. I called an inspector and scheduled the car to have a pre-sale inspection. On Friday morning they called to say that they could not do the inspection as the Jeep was not back from the dealership yet, but it was supposed to be delivered to me on Wednesday. I called the dealership twice, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, and was told Patrick was unavailable but would call me as soon as possible. I stated that I needed to know if the car was ready for purchase on Saturday and was told Patrick will get back to me. No call back either Friday or Saturday. Patrick had stated that they were trying to change the reputation of the dealership and service, from what I have observed they have, it has gone down.

This place is a total rep off I bought a car from them and since day one have had problems to start the day I drove it how it stalled out I bring it back to them they then told me they fixed the problem I take it home and again it stalls out I bring it back they do a tone up then I bring it home again it stalls but it was not stallion all the time so I just let it go then I am driving it and the transmission goes so make a long story short I had to pay for half the repair which was 2200 hundred so if u want to buy a lemon go to them if you want to buy a good used car go somewhere else!

JUST BOUGHT MY 2ND VEHICLE FROM CENTURY MOTORS. THE FIRST ONE IS STILL BEING USED BY ONE OF MY DAUGHTERS. JUST BOUGHT A BEAUTIFUL VAN FOR ANOTHER DAUGHTER. NEVER HAD ANY MAJOR PROBLEMS, AND IF I NEEDED ANYTHING FOR THE VEHICLE , THEY TOOK CARE OF IT. I WOULD FOR SURE RECOMMEND CHECKING THIS PLACE OUT.....
