Budget Rent A Car

The people who work here don't know what they are doing, got charged for an extra day when I brought the car back before the due time. Two weeks later after I got my credit card bill, I called them and another dufus told me they can't look-up the reservation because they only keep records for 2 weeks (?). He would not even give out his first name; totally unprofessional. I had to call their HQ and spend another hour to talk to a supervisor only to find out that their charge figures did NOT match neither the ones on the physical print-out Reservation they'd given me NOR the charges they'd made to my credit card. STAY AWAY!!!!

Customer Service was excellent and all of our rental needs were taken care of and ready to go Also Budget was the least expensive and best value best price out of 3 other Major Rental car companies we called I would Definitely rent from Budget in Willow Grove again!
