GW Tire Service

This is GW tire service responding in reference to the review posted by David P. This statement is absolutely untrue and out of line. First of all your brake line blew out on us and we have the pictures to prove how badly your brake lines were rusted, second we did not charge you to fix your heater, we did not charge you for the alignment and only charged you for the cost that we paid on the tires as a professional courtesy, and last you were not reasonable or unwilling to even talk about anything that had happened, all you heard was that your vehicle had been damaged and went right away to unwilling to pay for any work and wanted us to fix your vehicle. We proved to you it wasn't our fault and your vehicles brakes failed on us and damaged our property as well. Both our and your insurance company agreed that this was not our fault with the pictures that were provided to them and therefore the claim was dismissed. So next time you leave a review please do everyone a favor and include all the facts.

This is the worst place i Have ever done business with I gave them by car for new tires and alignment They drove my van in reverse into there garage door did 600 dollars worth of body damage and refused to pay for the damage they also damaged mybreak lines as a excuse for the accident and refused to fix that either then they had the god dam nerve to charge me for two front tires and told me they wouldnt release the van until i payed for the tires i would never do business with these unethical people again
