        Very poor customer service

        I had an appointment scheduled for 9am for a carpet cleaning. At approx. 9:45am I call the office to ask where the technician is and the owner tells me they had messed up my phone number and thats why he hasn't called me yet. I am to wait and the tech will call me shortly. 5 mins later I get a call from the tech stating he needed directions to my house so I asked him where he was at. He informs me that he is at San Mateo and Paseo Del Norte. I then tell him that he is still approx 30 mins from my house and he was already 50 mins late to the appointment.



        Lets just say i said a few things and told the owner to not bother coming.

        Sorry for your confused dimesia... you did not call this elite co... One, Time of arrival given is a window, 9-10, 11-1, 1-3 oclock.. two, my employees as well as anyone who knows albuquerque will inform you that san mateo and paseo del norte do NOT intersect! Three, This is a false review written by a either a demenciated under educated idiot or a jealous competitor that dont know enough to mind his own bussines. Let me remind you A quality carpet of albuquerque, llc. has been a profesional elite co for over 23 years and will be here for the future for those that can understand the mantality of the upper review...Let us proove it to you!!!
