        top nails is one of the best nail salons I've been to. you get high end service for an unbeatable price. the workers in there are super friendly and are great at accommodating your wants. right when you walk into the salon, you know you've come to the right place. the salon is clean, the employees are friendly, and the prices are affordable...you can put the extra cash you've saved into a gallon or two of gas:)
