The people managing this company are HORRIBLE. I do NOT recommend renting any apartment or property from them.



They are rude and abrasive when dealing with issues; they act like you are inconveniencing them by even bringing up a problem and constantly pass the buck on who's in charge and who you should speak with.



The elevator broke two days before we were moving out of our 4th floor apartment. We had hired movers on the premise that we would have an elevator. It ended up costing an extra $400 in labor from the moving company due to the elevator being broken. I called Sentry to see if they would be willing to reimburse us the extra $400 (I would have even been happy with splitting it and taken $200). I know the elevator breaking was not their fault and it was an issue that could not have been fixed quickly, however it wasn't our fault either! And we had been paying to live in a building with and elevator. The woman I spoke with, Susan, originally stated she would talk to her boss about reimbursing us. When I followed up with her two weeks later on the phone (after getting no response to my emails) she proceeded to snarl into the phone "Yeah, we're not paying your bill, OK? So just let it go already!" As if I was crazy for even calling and asking her about it. (I'm pretty sure it's their job the handle these issues from tenants, whether they want to or not!)



The elevator incident was the biggest issue, but this was the general way they handled any issue that came up with the apartment.



Do NOT rent from them, you'll be totally on your own if anything goes wrong with the apartment!
