WORSE DETAIL CAR WASH I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. THEY NEVER TOUCHED THE INTERIOR OF MY CAR! IT’S JUST AS FILTHY AS WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN! What a waste of $21.00! NEVER AGAIN!!!! 😡😡😡

Terrible detail shop. They damaged my vehicle and denied responsibility so I have to sue them. VERY OVERPRICED for average work. STAY AWAY

highly recommend for people to not use this car wash! Two week ago I went to Horsham Car Wash to get my Mini Cooper washed in between clients ( I am a traveling home based personal trainer). I got the premium wash and when the car came out they said that they locked my keys in the car. I went to the front desk and the girl called 911 and the police came and they said they would have to damage my car to unlock it. The front desk girl called her manager. She said he called AAA to get them to unlock the car and her manager would be there . I told her I already had to cancel an appointment because of this and want to be reimbursed. She said manager would reimburse me and also my car was running the entire time. Finally, a half hour later, manager came and didn't even address me until I approached him. He apologized and was on the phone the entire time. He said that AAA and his boss were on their way. This is now an hour and half later. The boss comes in, doesn't even address me so I approached him and said I want to be compensated for my gas and loss of income. He was extremely rude and told me my personal issue was not his problem. I was very reasonable to him and never raised my voice and I said that this is how he provides customer service. He then said he would give me 20 dollars to gas. The then started to talk in a different language with the other two employees. He then started shaking his head and he said me he didn't realize I was there for 2 hours and can I accept his apology and he gave me a coupon book for 5 car washes. I said I am a reasonable person and I accept his apology and we can move past this.As I was leaving car wash , I was putting my top down and was turning on my radio. The radio didn't work. I wasn't even out of the parking lot at the car wash and I turned around and told the owner that my radio is not working and it was working perfectly when I left. He tried turning the car on and off and tried to turn on the radio. He couldn't get it to work. He said that he will accept responsibility for the radio and to take it to the dealership and he will pay for the repair. He gave me his name and cell number. My handsfree phone wasn't working also.The next day, I took it to MINI dealership. They were going to have me wait for the car as they diagnosed the problem. After and hour of waiting, they said this was more complicated and they needed to keep the car and they would give me a loaner. I kept in touch with owner and told him I would keep him in the loop. I could tell he was back pedaling because now he was writing that he would check the cameras to see if they opened top. I said it would only take a crack to break the seal but if they said that there was a sealant that was broken on the car that I would take responsibility of it and I hope that if there was no defect on my car then he would pay for it. I wanted to keep this platonic.Finally, two days later the MINI service said there was absolutely no fault of my car that they put it through all the water tests. I take care of my cars and they agreed that this had have happened at car wash. The cost to repair was 990. The owner refused to pay for the damage and I said I would need to get a lawyer and take him to small claims court. He said that he will make me pay for his lawyer.Bottom line, The car was not only cost me income, he also refused to pay for the damage and he also wasted a lot of my time. I know have to put more of my time into this issue to resolve it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS CAR WASH

Took two cars to this car wash yesterday and both came out VERY damaged. First, Brand new jeep came out of the wash covered in very large, deep scratches, Identical on both sides of the car. Second, my small red 2004 Hyundai came out with the windshield wiper in pieces (one of which was totally lost) and lots of scratches. Response from the OWNER was, "lady, your car is like 20 years old anyway." and I was told that my wind shield wipers were old also, so to just go buy new ones. I called back when I got home, and spoke to someone who told me I was the only person to complain this WEEK, so obviously this was not their fault and he doesn't know what to tell me. All while he was laughing on the other end of the line. He would not even return the money for the washes. He told me "if you go to a restaurant and eat 90% of your food and then find something wrong with it you wouldn't get your money back either. You paid for a service and it is not my problem you aren't not happy with it." This is a HORRIBLE business!!!

Great Car Wash!

A little expensive, but you get what you pay for! They vacuum the interior of your car. They clean the inside of your windows and, after your car's been washed, they do a great job of drying it off... even the insides of the doors. It's almost like getting your car detailed (but much quicker). There's a reason it's so crowded on sunny Saturday's... because they do a great job! They also offer great coupons on their website!
