Buddy's Crabs & Ribs

Our server Monica was great. Nice sized appetizer portions. The Ribs were fall off the bone. Great selection of Maryland brews.

This spot was recommended by a local my wife befriended while strolling among the many restaurants...we decided to give it a try as I do love crab and ribs...we made the decision to get just that and we were not disappointed...I love crab so much that I don't mind the work it takes to get a taste of the succulent meat! Wait time was about 15 mins...nice family atmosphere...service fine...wife and kids happy and fulfilled and that's all that matters...hit this spot up if you are ever in Annapolis!

Great view of the harbor. Good and reasonable hot buffet with full salad bar, fresh fruit and dessert. Ordered sauted Canadian mussels. Real big mussels. loaded with garlic. Some were not opened. The waitress offered to replace them. Good Maryland crab soup. have been here before. A good choice in downtown Annapolis

Best crab cake I've had in a long time! There is very little breading in the crab cake so it's mostly straight crab meat making it well worth the cost. Also our Waiter ,Justin, was one of the best I've had since my vacation to OC last year. Thanks for the great experience.

Buddy's is a great spot to try different seafood selections. Wife treated me for Father's Day and I have no complaints!! Drinks are good and food is incredible! A must try!!

This is my favorite place to eat in Annapolis. It has a great family atmosphere with an open floor plan and lots of televisions. It is just a fun experience to go spend some time there with family and friends.

Buddy's Crab Shack was great. Food was good. The crab chowder soup was great. We were looking for Blue Crabs and found them at Buddy's. Our server (young lady with blonde hair) was awesome. She checked the bucket to make sure we were not wasting any crab. She took the time to show us how to crack the crabs. Really enjoyed the experience.

Saw the steam tables set up and the variety of breakfast/brunch items looked amazing. We were in town for the Sailboat Show and an early afternoon lunch was in order. Buddy's was crowded but we were escorted to a table in minutes. The view of the marina was lovely from this second floor establishment, but what we found to be really impressive were the tasty crab cakes and the fried green tomatoes appetizer, which was loaded with an alfredo type sauce and lots of crab! Many of the patrons with whom we spoke were locals and all said that this was their go-to place for crab. Our server, Billy, was lovely and helpful. I would recommend this place for couples and families as the menu was all encompassing and there is a lively, casual atmosphere. We loved the vintage pictures that lined the walls and were impressed with the hospitality.

we had appetizers that were so big they became our meal-the ribs were as advertised, tender and flavorful. J had the fried green tomatoes topped with crab! Delicious!

I wasn't to hungry either so I opted for the cream of crab soup and boy was it yummy! The crab meat was plentiful & the texture of the soup wasn't too thin or too thick, PERFECTION in a bowl.
