        A gentleman picked me up on 9/27 at DCA at 930a. I asked to go to Crystal City. He said yes. I asked about taking a credit card because it was necessary for my job. This driver (car #5) was terribly belligerent regarding the short distance, he drove poorly and and complained loudly to himself the entire time in a very angry manner. Best to stick with Capital Cab.
