Fantastic people very professional took my pet as an emergency walk in an cared for him asap. Could not ask for any better!!!!!

They are AMAZING! I have 4 rescued Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. I have one that is very challenging to treat as she has a severe birth defect along with smaller issues due to very poor breeding. Dr. Spencer is very compassionate when it comes to treating her.

My 9 month old puppy (who is like a toddler with a shot of espresso) has pulled some stunts that I've had t bring her in after hours. I even had to call on Christmas. Dr. Spencer has always been available to meet me at his clinic or talk me through what needs to be done.

I appreciate the fact that Dr. Spencer is up front and honest. Even if he doesn't have the answer, he'll research and find the answer. That he take the time to research my fur babys condition and to learn how to best help her means the world to me. Because I know she's the only patient of his that has this condition. He is treating her as a true patient, investing in her well being and care like I am, she's not just a dollar sign.

Love this place! I am recommending them to all my pet loving friends because they are the most caring, compassionate office I have been to! They were willing to come in when the office wasn't even open to take of my very sick pet.

This doctor maybe great with horses and larger animals but im NOT impressed with his knowledge of working with smaller animals such as dogs and cats as he is learning as he goes. ( as he consistently told me during my dogs exam) He was quick to suggest i bring my animal into him when he couldnt even properly diagnose the issue and i ended up having to take my animal into another office because he wasnt equipmed to help me. As for his office technician, jumping to the worst possible diagnosis without knowing the symptoms of my animal was wrong on her. Let the doctor decide my dogs issue not her !!! Never take your small animals to them, they will just take your money and wont give you any hope on helping your animal. and to top it off the constant bickering i heard between the Doctor and his office manager who i believe was his wife was very unprofessional.

Without going into a lot of detail to how we ended up at H&P. These folks are amazing, knew immediately what the problem was without a lot of unnessary test. Nice, friendly and down to earth. Please check them out.
