Horrible customer service by the MANAGER!
I didn't known it was her at the time but after my wash when I asked for the manager the employee told me she couldn't talk (I and many other customers standing around heard her yelling at the employee how she didn't care if I complain and some more rude comments) when I confronted my issues to the employee she argued with me instead of offering professional customer service.
