There are many things I could say about this Pro Shop that I have observed over the years. I'm on the road constantly for my job and as such, unfortunately, have had need of these services more than a time or two and Heitzman Crew never fails. There work is detailed, accurate and beautiful! They are also helpful, courteous, kind and never let you feel out of the loop when insurance is in the middle of it all. However, the core of what they do is in the product you receive when they are done and quality speaks for itself!

Work is superior with great customer service.

I am new to the area, so when I got in an accident I had no idea where to go. A friend of mine mentioned that she had used Heitzman's numerous times throughout the years, and so I decided to take my car there. Boy, am I glad I did! Not only did they do a fabulous job on my car, but they cleaned it maticulously. It looked incredible! The guys in the front office were very friendly, and answered every silly question, phone call, and email. Overall, very impressed and am glad I found a good company to take care of me.

I have had my car worked on here numerous times, and have never had a bad experience. The staff always takes extra time to help me understand every aspect of the process, and I love that they're an "eco" business. They always make the pain of getting in an accident very hassle-free.
