Happy with the washer and dryer I bought from there yesterday. (Things look brand New) They delivered it same day and cleaned mess up when they left. I recommend this company.

Appliance Doctor replaced parts on my refrigerator and assured me if they did not work they would come back out. Well their now out of business and I still have my warranty. I called them for 2 1/2 weeks and actually stopped by the office and left notes. I just went by again and everything is cleared out, their GONE!!!!

Our Christmas miracle came early this year. His name is Rod. I work with his wife, Carly . I was telling her about my dryer saga (too long and depressing to put on here) and she told me that her husband owns an appliance store called Appliance Doctor of Maryland in Essex. I asked her to find out from him if he could sell me a used dryer. Not only did she ask, but when she messaged me back that he could....she had told him about how my husband is serving overseas he would not sell us a dryer...he would GIVE me a dryer AND deliver it. AMAZING. I cried and I hugged my children. A true Christmas gift. What a beautiful, beautiful gesture to show my children, especially this close to Christmas. A BIG THANKS TO THEIR FAMILY FROM THE SMITHS. And to my friends in Maryland, please consider this man when needing repairs....- APPLIANCE DOCTOR OF MARYLAND .

I own 9 rental properties and use The Appliance Doctor every time I need appliances. They are respectful and know how to handle themselves in my tenants homes. I don't usually do reviews on companies but thought I needed to write this one. My wife and I Just came home from the Maryland vs.Navy game and Our refrigerator was not working. I call Appliance Doctors on Labor day to leave a message for the next day. Rod called me back about a half hour later, came out the same day and put a relay somewhere on the compresser. I called Appliance Doctor to fix my washer the other day. They were there on time and fixed it in about 15 minutes. The repair guy was one of the owners. He was friendly, up beat, professional and kept my us laughing the whole time. It was great doing business with them.
