Phone appointment or question is always a hassle.
1. waiting for a person to speak to has been- 19 calls ahead, 11 calls ahead.
this turns out to be 15 to 20mins. waiting time.
(I had a question on my appointment and it took me less time to drive
to office, get parking and walk to the office than wait on the phone for an human voice) I had a question before my appointment- 19 callers ahead of me. I called because my prescription was not at the pharmacy -11 calls ahead of me.
Called to get info on my scheduled procedure- they had my email incorrect, didn't get info. Had to call-got a recording to leave a message, didn't get e call back, returned the call -recording to leave a message, finally got someone to give info the day before procedure. Very upsetting.
2. Waiting time before appointment was more than 20 min. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment, waited over 20 mins to be called, waited again, saw the doctor for 5 minutes, waited again. Had to pay for parking because my appointment/parking time was over a hour or 90 minutes. I understand a procedure is going to take longer and you will pay parking but not a regular appointment, And when you ask if parking is paid, the front desk replies with a bark.

Recent appointment front, and other personnel professional and nice, but the front 11 months ago the front desk person needed training in people skills-very demanding and sharp in speaking to people when they are not feeling well.

The front desk is very busy with handling office appointments and lab appointments. The lab front is around the corner and so patients are waiting twice and unpacking the first desk.
