        Overall

        They send transactions through without having the merchandise. I have been constantly communicating with Richard about refunding my account for the $209 they took out without sending me the umbrellas I ordered. That order was placed in September, 2015. They them sent another order after I told them to camel the entire order after they hadn't shipped anything. They took out a total of $271.36 & only shipped me the order after I told them to cancel for $71.36! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. THEY ARE VERY RUDE WHEN ANSWERING THE PHONE.4 MONTES LATER I'M STILL GETTING THE RUN AROUND. THE BBC IS NO HELP AT ALL WITH RESOLVING THIS MATTER. THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!
