I had a 2002 Chrsyler Sebring which was stalling all the time. I took it to Autotech in June and they replaced the mass air flow sensor and I got the car back. This October, it started to have what seemed to be a similar problem. I took it back to them and they determined that the part installed was defective. Not only did they replace the part without charge, they did not bill for labor. They really do stand behind their warranty.

I'll be going there again with both my cars.

When other local recommended unnecessary work at ridiculous costs, Auto Tech was a voice of reason and competance. Their location and lot is a bit funky, but their waiting room is very clean.

Avoid this place at all costs. They could care less about customer service. My car sat for two days without any work being done on it (I needed a couple of minor electrical issues repaired). I was told they handled "more extensive work first". Apparently their appointment system means nothing (get the most money first). What a farce. Typical "car repair" rip-off artists. Good luck if you're sucker enough to use this facility. I actually had a previously bad experience with them but thought I would give them another chance. WHAT A MISTAKE!!!

These guys are very professional, The work was done in a timely fashion. I took my car to a local Hyattsville repair shop and was told I needed to return it to the dealer. I haven't had good luck with dealers so I took it to Bowie Auto Tech where they made the repair with no problem. They are very good at what they do. I recomend these guys.
