Mavis Discount Tire

Poor service... they broke my wheel lock for one of my rims... same day I return the vehicle to show the wheel lock is broken.. they say they don't know how it's it got like that... wheel alignment was broken Machine so couldn't get that done... for tire shop on highly disappointed ...inexperienced tech's poor customer service definitely would not come here again

One of the worst experience I had it took more then 5 hours' to get the service don in addition to the tires price I paid $80 plus tax for balancing and I also get the warrantee . in my way home the car was shaking the balance wasn't don right , the next day I get a flat so I went back that when I dealt RUSSELL I guess he is the manger he ask me to get warrantee for the replacement tire that's when I learn that the warrantee is good for one time of service only and then he wanted me to pay for the balance again and when I told hem that tire was never balance right to begin with he doesn't want to hear it and he refuse to do the balance I said fine knowing that is the same tire and the same rims that got balance a day before Russell wasn't to happy about that and he start give me an attitude , after waiting for more then two and half hours I toke my tire from the trunk and bring it inside the shop hoping they get to it Finlay they did install it all they have to do now is to put the tire in the car which literally would not take more than 5 minutes I waited 45 minutes during that times I see customer that came after me and had there service preform and when I asked I was told by Russell that this customer was here earlier I didn't buy it , and I told him that it only take 5 minutes to put my tire he reply with a very nasty attitude coat (I give you the tools and you do it your self and if you don't stop I well have your car towed out of the parking lot and he start cures me out saying go f**k your self ) I toke my tire and went to a near by tire shop pay to put on the tire PS during that time three other customers was arguing with nasty Russell with out going to further detail just let's say they wasn't happy with Russell
