The UPS Store

I had a tv shipped to me at this store. When I received my TV it was busted up, and broken. I paid extra for insurance because I wanted to make sure I would be covered incase something happened in transit. Well when I received my TV it was busted up, and broken. I immediately called UPS to let them know what happened. Well one of the workers there answered the phone, and I told her what happened. Not once did she apologize for the tv. So she told me she was going to give the info to the owner of the store." JASON" immediately when I talked to him I could tell that this wasn't going to be good just by his voice. Being the owner you would think he would apologize for the inconvenience. NOPE! He never did! He was very rude, and heartless about the situation! It took several weeks for them to call me back since I filled a claim. And even when I called them to check the status the owner made me feel as if I was bugging him, or something. Even though I was the one with the broken tv. I paid extra for insurance just incase something like this was to happen. So after several weeks of waiting Jason the owner calls me back to tell me that they aren't responsible for the tv because the person who shipped the tv didn't wrap the tv properly. Even though I purchased insurance! SO WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING INSURANCE???? PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, NOR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND COULD CARE LESS IF YOUR ITEMS THAT YOU SHIP BECOMES DAMAGED! THE MOST INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE YOU WILL EVER RUN ACROSS IN YOUR LIFE! I GUESS BECAUSE HE OWNS THE PLACE HE FEELS THAT HE CAN SAY AND DO WHATEVER HE WANTS! YOUR BETTER OF GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE YOU ARE APPRECIATED!!
