Eye Dialogue Lighting & Sound

I was in a lurch with moving into town and had an event to do in Charlotte I called up Eye Dialogue and spoke with Lisa and she was AWESOME!!!! Everything was ready and print when I picked up. I live an hour and half away and dropped the equipment off late again Lisa was amazing! I had my sister drop the equipment off for me before the business opened. I called all the numbers to explain and leave a message I encountered Vicki she began to yell that my sister just threw the lights down the stairs and how I better not have damaged the equipment and I was going to pay I was blacklisted and to never ever call them again I completely understand that I was 3 days late. I hung up the phone in the middle of a yelling rant and as if this was not enough I Vicki feels the need to call me back and leave a 1 minute yelling voicemail telling me to never ever come back there. I'll admit this has tarnished me experience with them. I can only image what she (Vicki) told the office but I emailed Lisa the call log and trying to email the voicemail. So I have very mixed feelings now worried someone is damaging the equipment and I maybe hit with a false fine, or falsely blacklisted. The event space I was working with was the Hilton on University and I passed along their business info to refer business now I feel I need to call the Hilton back and tell them my experience as well and ask them to not refer brides to them. Shaken and upset.

I've NEVER had any problems with Eye Dialogue. They are extremely professional, always up to date with the latest equipment, and they're willing to go the extra mile to make it worth every penny. Best value for sound/lighting I've found.
