Dr. Brenda Jean Berberian, MD

Dr. Berberian has been my dermatologist for at least 20 years and my high opinion of her has not changed. She is a gifted physician who has seen me through melanoma and basal cell carcinomas with humor and compassion. Now she is treating me for rosacea and she has been equally helpful. She is direct, intelligent and capable. I agree her front line staff can be brusque, but she has a hectic practice in a wealthy area where patients are inclined to be demanding. Not an excuse for bad manners, more like maybe we catch them on a very bad day.

I love Dr. Berberian. The Receptionist, however, is less than kind - very rude and abrupt. Same experience with this receptionist each time I call.

I agree with the first poster. Dr. Berberian is a great doctor. Very personable and has a good manner. She's great to talk to, cares about her patients, she listens, and really knows her stuff. She helped me a lot--that's the most important thing. She does have a loyal following. She's very much in demand. They need to clone her so that there can be two of her in the office!
