        I've been to several bikes shops in the Baltimore/DC area, as well as all over the tri-state area, and Princeton is by far the best. In particular, the service that they provide is of the highest quality and they stand by their work. The chief mechanic, Chris, is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and GOOD at what he does: fix bikes! He won't stop until you are happy and your bike is working perfectly! Also, Mike Stone, the head bike fitter, is the extremely patient, intelligent, and diligent about his bike fits. I have worked with several bike fitters over the years, and "Stoney" is the best there is. He will make sure that you are riding the right bike, in the correct size, and fitted properly! And he will work with you (no matter how long it takes) until you are 100% satisfied. No other bike fitter does this. In addition to the incredible service at Princeton Sports, all of the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They will answer any and all of your product questions, and will search for the answers if they don't know them right away. That is what I call integrity!

        This store ROCKS!!! I just picked up a new pair of K2 skis at a great price. Princeton was having an awesome sale. I work as a ski instructor during the winter, which also means I"m not swimming in money so I have to buy all of my equipment cheap. But I don't want cheap stuff either. So the only way I can buy new stuff is save up and hit a great sale. And the sales girl knew what she was talking about when she helped me out.

        I was a little late in getting my bike tuned up this year. I usually take it into Princeton in March to beat the rush. Because of an injury I wasn't able to get it in until a few weeks ago. Kevin at Princeton did an excellent job on the tune up and I got it back the next evening. I've had it out every weekend since and it rides like a dream. And my bike is no spring chicken either. Every year I think this will be the year to get a new bike, and every year Princeton does such a good job on the tune up and some minor repairs that it just keeps going and going.
