The Cheesecake Factory

Unless you embrace disappointment, don't eat here. From cleanliness to attitude to service, this place fails. The food is at best unremarkable, often cold, and always late.

I visited this cheesecake factory for the very first time Wed. eve Dec. 10th 2008. My food was cold and not very tasty. The waiter Dean W. was very nice however when I paid my bill of 14.95., I gave him a 20.00. Dean kept the change without even asking me if I wanted the change back. This did not make me very happy! I usually tip 20%, but 5.00 is quite a big tip for a 14.95 meal. I was with a group of four other women, three enjoyed their experience, two of us did not. I"m not sure how soon I'll visit this cheesecake factory again. This was my first time ever dining at a Cheesecake Factory.
