        My clients receive my personal attention. I personally review each case and deal with my clients directly. I make myself accessible and I take my clients' concerns very seriously. I have actively practiced law since 1982. I began my career as a commercial creditor attorney in a medium sized firm. I began my solo practice in 1995 due to my desire to provide my clients with the most cost-effective and personalized service. I have handled matters ranging in value from a few thousand dollars to over $20 million. I have been personally involved in real estate, including building management, for over 20 years. Understanding the owner's needs and desires as well as understanding the legal process makes my experience valuable to my clients. I received my BA from Yeshiva University in NYC and my law degree from Capital University. I am rated as "distinguished" and "very high ethical standards" by my peers in Martindale. I have been a featured guest on 610 WTVN addressing legal matters and have been quoted in national written media. I have received our civic association's "Good Neighbor" award. I have served as Trustee, Vice President, President and Chairman of the Board on many communal charitable organizations. Over the years, I've received various awards and commendations for my efforts in assisting organizations that need my help. I look forward to serving you.

        I am so impressed with attorne...

        I am so impressed with attorney, Michael J. Weisz. He is the most prompt lawyer I have ever dealt with. He responds promptly to everything and keeps me apprised of everything that is going on in my case. He is very professional and knowledgeable. His office is conveniently located near the courthouse and he offers free parking - very convenient. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an attorney.

        Michael is one of the most impressive attorneys I've ever dealt met. He is knowledgeable and professional. I've never seen an attorney be as responsive as Michael. He knows his stuff and he gets things done quickly and effectively. He always lets me know what is happening with my case. I love that! His office is conveniently located to the courthouse and he has free parking (another big plus).
