A Cheap Taxi

Need a taxi for a couple weeks while my car is broken down. They arrived quickly and were cheap for the short distance. My only complaint would be the taxi wreaked of cigarettes

They are extremly late amd are very rude. The cabs are gross and stinky..thank god we got the car fixed. Terrible cab company.

Prompt and friendly service. Called at 12:20, arrived within 20 minutes, stopped to let me get cash, and delivered me home.

I do like some of the drivers. The guy dispatcher who takes the calls 6AM-6PM is very rude and other words. I waited over an hour to leave the hospital and then I found out later he didn't leave a note for the evening dispatcher about my pick up. If you use cheap taxi, wait until after 7 pm.

I've used this company several times and haven't had a bad experience. The few times I've called hours ahead of time, they were right on-time. In fact, they were early and I watched them park across the street and come over at my scheduled time. They do take longer if you don't call ahead, but that's to be expected. All of the drivers have been really nice and friendly.

I am utterly disgusted by this business. I called and scheduled a cab at 8 am to be there at 10:20. I called 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time to ask about the status of the cab and they said they were on their way. The cab never showed and caused me to miss my shift. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. Terrible customer service.

Literally stopped at a store to get food for like 20 minutes. Made me late. Seriously? This is the most unprofessional thing I have ever witnessed. Will NOT be taking them again.

My husband and I went to Blues & Brews Craft Beer Festival 10/15/2016. We thought there would be taxi's waiting outside the Festival - We were wrong. As we were waiting for Selby's Taxi - which never showed, a lady monitoring people exiting, called A Cheap Taxi and gave us their card - Another No show! Wish I could leave a 0 Review!

I've counted 13 times now that they said they sent a taxi and have not. Night shift guy that's working august 16 2016 should be fired. Drinking on the job, sluring his words, it's a taxi service not a bar. Seen another few cab drivers while walking and asked them if anyone had a call in a bit. Nope. So the dispatch is garbage. If it game me an option to put 0 stars I would.

I called the night before to be picked up next morning at 530. Its 610, late for work, no cab still.

I rely on a cab to get to work, and i always make sure to call at least an hour in advance and they're always still late, in return making me late to work.

Too busy too even let me ask a question let alone answer.
