I went to ADR after the hospital done a mammogram and ultrasound and the radiologist recommended a biopsy after finding a small mass I was scared to death and the staff couldn't have talked any better with me on the phone and when I went for my procedure, they answered every question. Talked with me to keep me calm and talked me through everything that the Dr. was doing. I would HIGHLY recommend going to ADR to any of my friends and family. Dr. Kim and his assistant made me feel so much more at ease. I'm so glad that is where I decided to go.

Have you ever seen the movie Monsters Inc? Where that mean old lady works at the desk? Yeah that's the lady that greets you at adr. Rude, beyond words. She doesn't even look at you. Yells ONES READY! When you've been checked in. Once you get to see a billing specialist ( who had to make me wait 10 min in a crowded office so she could eat and ooo and awe over baby pictures) she'll then spout and shout your information all over the office ( privacy violation) just in time for the creepy guy that just walked in. Then while you wait for about an hour ( hmm I wonder why?) you'll get to hear Ms. Happy pants at the desk up front make snide remarks about patients ( always dropping her pens etc.) fast forward, you then get your test done ( don't ask questions about the procedure, heavens no because then you're a big dummy and you'll receive a nice sloppy eyeroll from the tech) you'll wait to talk to a doctor with broken English who will tell you the least amount of information possible and then when you ask a question he'll say.. And I quote " Ask your doctor you can leave now" ..

I visited ADR in January 2010 receptionist was extremely rude. I was not informed that I was not to eat or drink prior to my test. I approached her as she sneered and growled "don't drink that" as she pointed to my cup of coffee.I said excuse me? She said"NPO", "NPO" I looked towards the floor because I thought maybe I had spilled some on the floor, and I told her I did not understand what she meant. She growled "no eating or drinking before the test" "NPO". I told her I was not informed of that and I was quick to apologize. I immediately discarded my coffee and continued the check in. This lady assumed I knew about the medical jargon she was spouting. I made the appointment myself and I was never informed I was to abstain from food or drink. I felt like a cheap car coming in for an oil change. I did not feel welcome there at all. I was ill and I was made to feel as if I were wasting there time.
