- 0 RATING should be an option. I sent a package with a First Class Mail with a Tracking number to an address in this area. The package says that it was delivered, but the customer did not receive it. She called and they could not help her. I called from Florida, and they hung up on me. She is now flyering her neighborhood to find out if it was delivered to the wrong house, as well as filing a claim. What a sad story as it was a Christmas present for her son.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST POSTAL CENTER EVER! DO NOT EVER USE. WE HAVE LOST HUNDREDS, OUR PACKAGES ARE PICKED UP AT OUR BUSINESS AND SIT FOR WEEKS. THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT CARE, AS LONG AS THEY ARE GETTING PAID THEY COULD CARELESS HOW THEY ARE DESTROYING THE REPUTATION OF ANY AND ALL BUSINESS' THAT DEPEND ON SHIPPING PRODUCTS NATION WIDE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBBLE!!!!!!!!!

The worst post office ever! I was waiting on a package from another country that will take around 5 weeks to receive. Once it got here they did not once give me a notice saying it was ready waiting for pick up. Instead they sent it back and now I have to wait another few months to receive this package! By Far the worst experience I have ever had with this Post Office. There needs to be a change of management, these people really need to get fired ASAP! I was highly unsatisfied and I can not choose a new post office either, if I could this one would definitely NOT be on the list. If you wonder where your packages are at in Transit, this place will not help you they will however redirect you the complaint line, which seems to be useless cause no one gets fired.

So Terrible!!!! 2 day priority shipping takes 4 days once it gets to Cypress Post Office. Seriously NO ONE cares if your package is delivered or not. THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE on how TERRIBLE THIS POST OFFICE IS

Carrier service is terrible in Pine Oaks of Cypress Lake West. Wrong mail in my box then just this week mailed my mud payment on the 15th and on the 17th my neighbor dropped off the payment envelope he found in a bush in his yard. Obviously the carrier can not be trusted with even transferring the mail from the box to her truck. Getting pretty bad when you cannot depend on simple mail pickups anymore. Too bad there are not negative ratings to pick. Bob S.

If you can avoid doing business with the Cypress post office, by all means do so. I've never seen such unprofessionalism, neglect and lack of follow through with a post office. The line to the window is at least 30 minutes wait time-everytime. They will close your PO box and give you a renewal notice afterwards. When you ask to speak to a supervisor they will make an excuse for the actions of the employees without taking action to solve the problem. I'm currently on hold with them as I just made a phone call. I've been on hold now almost 10 minutes. Besides this location, where/how else can I file a complaint because no one there seems to be interested in doing what's right.

Oh my god where do I begin. . . my package was delayed and I have no idea why, no one wants to give me reasons. I was suppose to get my package on Monday and here it is Thursday even though I paid for express shipping. The customer service is the worst. Lack of common sense, horrible just horrible. I called their office @ 2813739125 and the lady hung up on me twice. She was very rude and act as if she didn't care. I say fire everyone or send in new management. I don't care what they do but losing packages and delaying them isn't okay. I've developed a strong hate for them and I will tell everyone I know to NEVER use USPS at this location.

First, the normal mail carrier for Raven's Way as of the date of the writing is wonderful and does her job every single day! The problem is, she doesn't work every day, and she is (painfully obvious) the only competent employee at this post office.



I send out hundreds of packages per month and the inconsistency's are killing my eBay business. Couple this with the HORRIBLE track record of the North Houston Sort Facility and it's almost impossible to recommend the USPS for anyone's shipping needs.



2 stars only because of my faithful normal carrier.

I mailed a package from Kansas City, MO, to Conroe, TX with two-day delivery. When I checked the tracking number for some reason the package went to Cypress, TX, instead of Conroe, TX. After spending a lengthy amount of time trying to get through to someone on the 800 number for USPS I was finally directed to call this Post Office in Cypress, TX, and was given their number. I called multiple times and the phone just rang and rang, I never could get an answer from anyone. I resorted to calling the Post Office in Conroe, TX, where the phone was answered promptly and the delivery supervisor was very pleasant and helpful. After reading the other review for this Post Office location, it sounds like this Post Office in Cypress, TX, needs to do some housecleaning because my impression is they are incompetent to perform the job they were hired to do.

The ones I have dealt with inside the post office are very nice and know what they are doing. Not so the carriers. Ours constantly misdelivers mail. I am missing several things including bills and a check (the man finally stopped payment and drove it to us personally). My next door neighbor has brought me mail many times. I don't know if the other neighbors throw it out or put it back in the mail. I either deliver it personally or put it back in the mailbox with the address highlighted. When you call, they lie and blame others. Even the Post Master himself gives lame excuses for the problems. Our service has been getting later and later recently. It used to be at 3:30 every day, then 4:30. She was delivering mail at 10:20 the other night! Glad I hadn't put something in the mail that I needed picked up that day!
