I had my work shirt cleaned at this business one time with no issue but when I had drop the shirt off to get it clean a lady (African American)had her birthday dress at their business for a whole week and it never got taken care of the day of her birthday party the dress still was not cleaned. So the second time I dropped my shirt off I gave the clerk the same instructions that I told a previous clerk so when I went to pick up the shirt it was black grease on it and the shirt was very dirty like it was never cleaned I asked to speak to the manager the court claimed that he was on the phone and very busy he was more concerned about his car business next door than he was with a customer in the dry cleaning area so I'm quite sure that's where that black grease came from on my shirt from next door. When he finally got to nerve to talk to me he was very rude and yelled at me saying didn't she tell you I was on the phone im handling car business. But I said this is a dry cleaners right? Im very not happy at all im asking all African Americans to not patronize this business at all!!!!

I patroned this place because it was a local business. However, (in my Julia Roberts voice) big mistake! I was charged $63 for cleaning 2 blazers and 2 jackets, repairing the pocket on one. Not only were the garments not cleaned properly, the repair was not done. I asked for a refund. And

this extremely rude man very loudly said no I paid my tailor for it so u can't get a refund. Words were exchanged and he then said well I can't give u a refund because u used a credit card. Mind you I'm only asking for a refund for the repair that was not complete. Long story short, I have to wait for the owner to get in but in the meantime, I am making my voice known as a consumer. I wish I could give a zero star rating but it won't let me.
