I have had the same experience as Hobajo. These guys are very quick to sell you something but absolutely terrible when it comes to backing it up. 5 appliances - Left one install incomplete, 3 breakdowns 2 month wait on repair, denied problem on another, and then denied service on a 3rd. Will never purchase from this company again. They give the "buy local" a terrible name.

One star is to many. It is almost like that are running a scam down there. I have not read a review with more than one star. Scotty B. was such a jerk when I tried to return an electronic stove part. He said "we do not return electronics", I said "it does not say that on the invoice or your website". He said "I know and said I will still not return it". I found the item for $63 dollars cheaper somewhere else and was hoping he would meet in the middle, but instead he got rude, dismissive and defensive almost child like. $63 is a lot of money when he charged $81 for the item. I usually am all about supporting the local guy, but if the local guy is a jerk I will not waste my time. If you need appliance help go anywhere but Scotty B's place. Don't waste your time. O yeah, the item was unopened and this was all on the day of purchase.
