        Trying to reach our local office at the listed 888 number is the worst thing i have had to deal with. Your automated answering system is pathetic and not user friendly. I needed to talk with some one in our area, not 500 miles from here and to have a wait of over ten minutes is unacceptable.

        They never answer their phones, lately packages that are delivered are smashed in to the mail box
